01. What is your minimums (MOQ) order quantity?
We prefer as low as 25 pcs per style (mix sizes) for single solid color designs. If there is any sort of embroidery or printing work then we would be required 100 pcs per style (mix sizes)
02. How can I see your designs and price list so that we can choose to buy from you?
Being a 100% made-to-order kidswear and infant clothing manufacturer, we always work on our clients’ designs to produce their collections. We do not have our own ready designs or a catalogue with price lists that you can choose from.
However, we can share images of some of our prototype/sample work for reference - not the final products shipped to our clients. Final product images, along with their prints and colors, are not shared publicly due to confidentiality policy of our company and our client's design protection.
03. What kinds of garments do you manufacture as a kidswear and infant clothing manufacturer?

04. Which fabrics do you recommend for infant clothing? Do you have X type of fabrics and Y color?
Being based in India gives us access to a very wide range of fabrics suitable for infant and kidswear. Some of the most frequently used fabrics are listed above, but that’s not the full list. If your brand requires a specific fabric, you can simply tell us — we can source it for you. And in the rare case that the exact fabric is not available in the market, we can even get it developed through our trusted fabric mills.
However, recommending a fabric without knowing your design idea would not be accurate. Each fabric has its own nature, usage and fall, so the best choice depends on the style you want to create. If you already know which fabric you want, we’ll procure it. If not, you can leave the selection to us — we will guide you toward the most suitable fabrics based on your designs and target age group.
The same applies to colors as well — there is no limitation. We can provide fabric in any color you need.
One important note: the more customization you want (special fibers, exclusive weaving, custom prints, Pantone-matched dyeing, etc.), the more minimum quantity requirements may apply. So to guide you accurately, we first need to understand your designs.
Once we know what you want to create, we can recommend the perfect fabrics — both practically and aesthetically — for your brand.
05. How do you ensure safety and quality for babies?
Let me answer the quality aspect first. Every garment we produce goes through a zero-defect, multi-layer QC process. It includes fabric inspection before cutting, panel checking during stitching, finishing inspection, and a safety audit for snaps, seams, labels, fit, and skin-friendliness. This is why our garments maintain their quality even after repeated washes.
During sampling, we show you exactly what level of quality we will deliver in production. You can examine the sample and, if you want any enhancement — whether in fabric, stitching, finishing, or any other aspect — simply share your comments. Based on your feedback, we further refine the quality to match your expectations.

07. Can you help with design, and tech packs?
We are a hard-core kidswear and infant clothing manufacturer, and our core expertise lies in production—not designing. You will need to provide the design direction.
However, the good news is that you don’t need a tech pack for most styles. Because we frequently manufacture almost every type of kidswear and babywear, our team already understands the technical requirements. You can simply share a reference photo from the internet, and we will develop a sample based on that reference. Once you approve the sample, we begin bulk production. It’s simple and fuss-free, and you don’t have to hire designers or spend money on tech packs unnecessarily.
We require a tech pack only when a style is highly unique or comes with deep detailing.
In short, you bring the design idea and we take care of the development and production, ensuring you save time, money and effort while getting exactly what you want.
08. Can your kidswear factory print my own designs also?
Yes. A1 Kidswear Factory is operating as full-service clothing manufacturing unit, fully equipped to provide every major method of fabric printing and embroidery. Whether you need screen printing, digital printing, hand-block printing, placement printing or direct-to-garment (DTG), we do it all in-house.
However, not every artwork is compatible with every fabric or printing technique. Once we review your artwork and the garment you want manufactured, we’ll guide you on the most suitable printing method to ensure the best clarity, durability, colourfastness and overall feel.
With us, you don’t have to coordinate separately with printers — we handle everything end-to-end so your final garments look exactly the way you envisioned.
09. What about the label and tags of my brand logo?
You don’t need to worry about that at all. We take care of your custom brand labels and tags from development to final application on the garments. Just share your logo artwork, and we’ll handle everything else.
Along with the brand label and hang tag, we also develop and attach size labels, care labels, and even provide custom packaging. In short, we offer complete end-to-end branding support so your products reach your customers exactly the way your brand deserves.
