HOW EVERYTHING WORKS AT A1 KIDSWEAR FACTORY

We hate surprises! With 15+ years as a kidswear factory, our systems and processes are well-defined. This page is designed to give you a basic idea of how everything works.

However, this is just the beginning. During our initial interaction, we’ll be happy to provide in-depth details about how everything operates at A1KF, because we strongly believe in keeping everything as clear as possible—nothing hidden, no surprises.

STEP - 01

Hit "Contact" page and submit an enquiry with us describing initial requirement details.

Make sure you have read our FAQ page before approaching us.

STEP - 04

If our costing is found suitable at your end, we start prototyping / sampling of your given design(s).

At this stage we lock your fabric choice, trims, color, measurement, packing and tons of other things including your quality standards.

STEP - 07

During production, we take extra steps to add an additional layer of quality to every aspect of garment manufacturing as per your order. We'll share all the details once you're onboard

STEP - 02

After careful consideration of your enquiry with us, we will get in touch with you through email or phone or whatsapp to explore the possibilities of working together.

STEP - 05

We ship the final sample(s) to you for your physical examination and final comment / approval.

STEP - 08

Once bulk is ready, we inform you and seek forwarding / doorstep delivery details.

We share you the best possible freight options and transit time.

STEP - 03

We ask few details pertaining to your requirement and after checking the feasibility, we share the costing (quotation) along with the terms of business.

STEP - 06

After your approval and satisfaction on everything, we start the bulk production (final quantity) in each style following your fabric, color, trims etc exactly as per the sample you approve.

STEP - 09

As per your instruction and feasibility, we dispatch the goods through air / ocean freight. We take full responsibility for cross border clearance, and export documentation so that you receive hassle-free delivery as per your availability.
